If this race was on foot, I'd have all you guys beat.
Okay, not really, but I do have tons of practice.
We used to race all the time back home -- down the beach, in the water, through the trees. One of our courses had a zip-line, too, so if you didn't get to it first you were kind of screwed.
A ship race should be interesting, though.
Are we expecting the Navy to show up at this thing? A bunch of pirates in one place, including that one officer who actually defected... Maybe that's part of the fun, though.
I wouldn't mind taking out another Naval ship.
